Banana-berry Flaxseed Muffins

Ingredients
Flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, blueberry greek yogurt, milk, berry flavored ground flaxseed, egg, bananas
Directions
Combine all dry ingredients in one bowl, in a second large bowl, combine wet ingredients except for bananas (brown sugar is considered a wet ingredient). Combine wet with dry and stir until evenly mixed. Mash banana and add to dough mixture. Bake in dark muffin tins (filling 1/3 full in each muffin hole) for about 10-15 minutes at 350F. Time varies drastically on your oven so make sure you use a toothpick when they rise and form dome-like tops. You can brush egg whites on to the tops when they are 95% cooked.
Makes 24-25 smaller muffins.
