Paleo Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients
garlic, 1 T chili, 1 T cumin, 2 c chicken broth, 1 can tomato sauceChicken, olive oil, onionCauliflower
Directions
Sauce: garlic, 1 T chili, 1 T cumin, 2 c chicken broth, 1 can tomato sauce. Simmer.

Saute chicken, remove from pan, then saute onions.

Pour sauce, chicken and onion over cauliflower.
Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
