Chocolate Macroons Healthy

Ingredients
3/4 cup sugar1/4 splenda1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa3 egg whites1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
in a medium bowl, mix sugar and cocoa powder. In a seperate bowl beat egg whites to a stiff peak. On low speed, gradually beat in the sugar mixture, 1 Tbsp at a time. Once all the sugar is mixed, turn off mixer and carefully fold in vanilla and coconut.

Drop 1 small tsp of mixture on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 325f/160c for 15-20 minutes

I substituted the sugar and splenda for 1 full cup of splenda sugar blend which gives you even less calories.
