Baked Cheddar Peppers - Stuffed Jalapenos

Ingredients
20 Jalapeņos halved lengthwiseMiracle Whip Free, 4 tbsp Philadelphia Fat Free cream cheese, 8 ozGreat Value Multigrain Cereal flakes, 3 cup (or any flake cereal)Kraft Natural Cheese Fat Free Shredded Cheddar, 1.25 cup Egg substitute (Egg Beaters), 2 tbspMilk, nonfat, 1/4 cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.

Mix cream cheese, shredded cheese, and miracle whip together and set aside (using your hands works best with the fat-free cheeses since they are a little stiffer).

Whisk together 2 tbsp of egg beaters and 2 tbsp of milk.

Remove seeds and membranes from jalapeņos, fill large zip lock baggie with mixture, cut off the corner and pipe mixture down center of jalapeņos.

Dip jalapeņos in egg/milk then roll in crushed cereal flakes (I use the food processor).

Place in single layer on baking sheet in center of oven and bake for 30 minutes at 350.
