Ingredients
Also add pinch saffron to the warm stockCook the chicken and the prawns before you startChop the onions and the chorizo
Directions
Fry off the chicken and prawns and remove from the pan
Fry off the onions
Add the chorizo
Add the rice and stir to coat
Add the warmed stock (with a pinch of saffron stirred in)
Cook for 15 mins
Add the cooked prawns and chicken
Add a bunch of parsley and a squeeze of lemon jiuce
