Guilt Free "Cheesecake" Treats

4 Honey Graham Cracker Rectangles4 ounces Neufchatel Cheese (light cream cheese)2 tablespoons fruit spread
These simple little treats can be made in large quantities, or just a single treat. Spread 1 full ounce of Neufchatel cheese on one graham cracker rectangle (be decadent!), then spread 1/2 tablespoon fruit spread on top (I prefer cherry, but any spread will do!).
**For a lighter version or for entertaining, cut strawberries in half, break the cracker into squares in step one, and place half strawberry on top of the cheese on each square (these make lovely appetizers, even for special occasions!).
Kids love these, and they have far less sugar and fat than the average piece of cheesecake!
