Turkey/Beef Chili Spaghetti

1 lb extra lean ground beef1 lb ground turkey4 c cooked whole wheat spaghetti4 c kidney beans, drained20 fl oz tomato juice5 tbsp chili powder or to your taste
brown the beef and turkey together with 3 tbsp of chili powder
while meat is browning cook your pasta until al dente
drain any grease from meat
add drained kidney beans and stir together
add the remaining chili powder
stir well
add the tomato juice
stir well
cover and cook on medium for 30 min, stirring occasionally
uncover and simmer for hour and 15 minutes
add the cooked pasta
simmer for another 15 minutes
salt and pepper to taste
