Chicken & Scrambled Egg Breakfast

Directions
Just take 1/8 cup chicken leftover from grilling the night before, and dice.

Start with your pan cold. Place the butter in the pan and start up the eye on the stove. I use the high option until the butter is bubbling and then I cut back one notch.

While the eye is warming up, scramble to eggs in a cereal bowl, add the cheese, and chicken.

I fold and stir my egg mixture and add Mrs. Dash almost before it's done. Once it looks done and ready, serve on a saucer with some grapes or kiwi.
