Southwestern Layered Bean Dip

Ingredients
1 16 ounce can of fat free refried beans1 15 ouce can of balck beans rinsed1/2 cup prepared salsa4 scallions chopped1/2 tsp of ground cumin1/2 tsp of chili powder1/4 cup pickledjalapeno slices chopped1 cup of shredded Montery Jack or cheddar cheese1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream1/1/2 cups chopped lettuce1 medium tomatoe1 medium avocado chopped
Directions
combine refried beans, balck bean, scallions, salso, cumin, chili poder and jalapeos in a meduim bowl. Transfer to a shallow 2 QT baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Microwave until the cheese ismelted and the beans are hot, 3 to 5 minutes. Spread sour cream evenly overt hte hot bean mixture, then scatter with lettuce, tomato, and avocado.
