Peanutbutter and Chunked Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
* Margarine, 2 stick (1 Cup, combine butter if desired) * Brown Sugar, 0.75 cup, packed * Granulated Sugar, 0.75 cup * Egg, fresh, 2 large * *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup * *Flour, white, 0.5 cup (any combination of flours) * Baking Soda, 1 tsp * Bob's Red Mill - 5Grain Rolled Oats, 2 cup * Hershey Chipits - Reese Peanut Butter Chips, 1 Cup * Semisweet chocolate, 4 squares, chopped * Milk, 1%, 1Tbsp as required
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
2. In a large bowl cream shortening, brown sugar and granulated sugar. Add eggs and mix thoroughly.
3. Combine the baking soda, salt and flour and stir into creamed mixture
(If the mixture is seeming dry, add milk as required. I've also used tea.)
4. Add oatmeal, peanut butter chips, chocolate chunks and shavings, and stir until well blended.
5. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.

Makes about 65 cookies.
