Hummus Chicken Salad

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts2 green onion chopped1/2 cup red grapes halved1/4 cup lightly salted cashews3 tbsp hummusSalt and pepper and garlic powder to taste
Directions
Cook chicken in the oven or crockpot until tender and chop. Chop onions and grapes. Mix chicken, ,onion, grapes, and cashews. Add hummus and mix.
Makes 3 to 4 servings

    This looks really good. I will have to make this. It is similar to how I make my chicken salad, except I use Miracle Whip. Never thought to use hummus as a replacement for salad dressing. Thanks. - 1/24/12
