Rutabaga Surprise

Ingredients
8 ounces beef round steak1 med rutabaga3 small potatoes2 medium carrots1 small onion 1 tsp garlic1 tsp beef boullionSalt and Pepper
Directions
cut meat in to very small pieces. Brown in olive oil with onion and garlic.
while browning cut veggies into very small pieces. Add to meat when browned and add boulion and spices. Cook about 30 minutes on med low heat. Can add water to keep from sticking. Stir often. Serve over biscuits(not counted) or eat alone.
