Cranberry Salad

Ingredients
1 cup chopped cranberries1/2 cup sugar1/2 cup Splenda1/2 cup celery diced1/2 cup pecans choppedfew drops of lemon juicepinch of salt1 box strawberry gelatin1.5 cups of water1/2 orange ground peel and all
Directions
Grind cranberries. Add sugar and let stand for 2 hours. Add celery and walnuts. Mix well. Sprinkle with a few drops of lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Add jello that has been mixed with 1.5 cups of water and cooled. Add orange ground up peel and all. Put in 8x8 pan. Let stand in refrigerator until firm. Serve on bed of lettuce topped with mayo (not in nutrition count).
