Mini Apple Caramel Cheesecakes

Ingredients
4 boxes Athens Mini fillo shells (15 shells per box)1 box jello Sugar free cheesecake pudding2 cups nonfat milk (to make pudding)1 granny smith apple, cored and chopped2 tbsp Smuckers No Sugar Added Caramel topping
Directions
Make pudding according to package directions. Let sit in fridge for 5-10 minutes.

Spoon cheesecake mixture into fillo shells. Top with chopped apples. Drizzle with caramel topping.

Serve immediately.
