Weight Watchers Potato Soup

Ingredients
Chicken Broth, 48 ounces10 cups potatoes, dicedWater until potatoes are covered2 cups onions, diced1 can Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free)7 TBS Light Cream CheeseSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Boil potatoes and onions in broth for 10-15 min. Add soup and turn heat down on low. Add cream cheese a TBS at a time stirring.
