Broccoli/Quorn with Zing

Ingredients
Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, choppedOnions, raw, .25 cup, choppedGarlic, 2 clovesPeppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .33 cupMushrooms, fresh, 4 mediumOlive Oil, 1 1tspQuorn (Naked Chik'n Cutlet), 1 serving*Chili Garlic Sauce, Sriracha, 1 tspwater, 1/2 cup
Directions
Onions, then mushrooms, then quorn, then garlic and peppers. Sautee for a few minutes. Add broccoli, cook 3 minutes, add half cup water and sriracha. Cook gently until water is mostly gone and sauce thickens.
