Ingredients
12 oz of Tuna packed in water4 hard boiled eggs1tbs of mayo may substitut for light mayo for a calorie difference of a 5 g 2tbs of soy plain yogurt 2 tbs of yellow mustard dash of pepper
Directions
Boild eggs dice and mix all together

serving size 1/4 cup
number of servings = 8

this has more calories then using all light mayo but it has more protien
