Baked Tofu

Ingredients
1 Block of tofu4 Tbsp of Low Sodium Soy Sauce4 Tbsp of Grated parmesan cheese3 Tbsp of Wheat Germ
Directions
Preheat oven at 350.

First press all the water you can out of the tofu, I then cut it up into 5 portions (since the blocks I have are 5 servings) then cut the portions again into smaller chunks. It is easier to keep track of what you eat this way.

Place the tofu into a oven safe dish. Drizzle half the Soy Sauce, Cheese, and Wheat germ on top of the Tofu Chunks.

Cook for 30 minutes.

Flip the tofu pieces and drizzle the rest of the soy sauce, cheese and wheat germ on the opposite side.

Cook for another 30 minutes.

If you desire a bit more crunchy tofu bits cook for an additional 10 minutes.
