Pumpkin Cheesecake Bites

Ingredients
1 can pumpkin puree3 whole eggs1 tsp vanilla 12 oz Chobani plain Greek yogurt1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce2 T canola oil1/3 cup pure maple syrup3/4 cup IsaPro Vanilla Protein Powder1 tsp baking powder1/8 tsp sea salt1 1/2 T cinnamon1/4 tsp allspice1/4 tsp nutmeg
Directions
Makes 16 servings. Great as a morning snack or preworkout meal.

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. In a food processor puree all wet ingredients.
3. Add dry ingredients and blend until creamy smooth.
4. Pour into oiled 8"x8" glass baking dish.
5. Bake for approx. 45-60 minutes depending on oven or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Store in refrigerator or freezer.
