Nopalitos Salad

Ingredients
1 Cup Chopped Onion1 Cup Chopped Tomatoes 1 Bottle of Embasa Sliced Nopalitos1 Tbsp Cider Vinegar1 Tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 Clove Garlic Finely DIced
Directions
Open Nopalitos drain liquid and rinse until they don't feel slimey any longer. Chop to equal size of Onions and Tomatoes if desired. Combine Nopalitos, Onion, Tomato and diced Garlic in mixing bowl and combine well. Add Oil and Vinegar and toss well. Salt and pepper to taste
