Red bell PeppersChanna Dal (bengal gram)Urad dalTamarindDry red chilliesSalt
Directions
Sautee all the ingredients except salt and blend together.
Add salt, and a dash of sugar if you like it.
Makes a great accompaniement to rice/tortillas or spread for sandwiches.
Makes about 10, 1 tbsp servings.
