Directions
Mix all together, wrap in cling wrap, let rest for at least 20min in fridge .
Roll out and run through pasta maker, or slice into thin strips. Bring large pot of water to a boil. Cook til desired doneness. I prefer it with a bit of tooth or al dente. How long it is cooked will depend upon the thickness of the pasta. We generally make fettuccini at about a final of *2 fairly thin on the pasta maker. This will swell up greatly when cooked.
1 is the thinnest setting on my pasta maker.
