Ingredients
1large onion sliced1 red bell pepper sliced16 oz chicken broth2 knorr chicken boullion cubesramen noodles no seasoning pkg2 Tbsp olive oil
Directions
saute sliced onion and bell pepper in olive oil, add chicken broth and knorr chicken bouillion cubes, cook 15 minutes add Ramen noodles turn off fire and let sit 15 minutes serves 4
