Directions
poach and cube chicken (5oz per salad). Arrange over romain and sliced tomato. Crumble bacon strips (one strip per salad). Slice and arrange 1/2 avocado per salad. For dressing: 1T peanut oil, 1tsp white wine, 1/4 tsp fresh lemon juice.
