2 cans Chickpeas (Garbanzo beans)1 can Black Olives, chopped2 green Onions1 pkg grape or cherry tomatoes, cut in half or quarters2 T Chopped fresh Basil2 T Olive Oil2 T Red Wine Vinegar1 t Dijon Mustard
Directions
Whisk together Olive oil, Vinegar, and mustard. Mix all other ingredients, then toss with dressing.
