Ingredients
1 Cup of triple blend berries (If still frozen, blend longer)1 fresh banana, sliced1 container of Peach low fat probiotic yogurt4 Ice cubes (for consistincy)Needed: Blender*Note* All items in this recipie were purchased at Aldi, a wonderful store that has really low prices
Directions
Start off by slicing your banana. Then put your ice cubes into the blender. Blend untill you have a coarse, small rock-like substance. add the yogurt, berries, and then banana. blend untill smooth.
