6 oz. whole wheat thin spaghetti broken in quarters6 oz . cooked chicken breast meat diced1 c. chickpeas, drained from canned.5 c. grated carrots.5c. diced celery1 Tblsp. diced onion.125 c.(1/8) Jalapeno slices diced, from canned1 c. tomato diced.5 c. cheese, Kraft Mexican style taco cheese4 Tblsp. light ranch salad dressing1 tsp. dried garlic granules2 tsp. dried pimiento or sweet red pepper flakes
Break and cook pasta according to package. Cool with cold water and drain.
Dice veggies.
Toss all ingredients together. Chill 30 min. for flavors to meld.
May chill longer, and may reheat leftovers as well.
