Ingredients
Blueberries, fresh 1/4 CupStrawberries, fresh 1/4 CupNon-fat milk, 1 CupBanana, fresh 1 extra small (less than 6' long)Splenda (no calorie sweetener) 3 tsp
Directions
In a blender, put all the ingredients(make sure that you previously wash the strawberries and blueberries and the banana is without black spots), mix all together during 45 seconds....if you want, add some ice...and enjoy!!!....If you want to drink it after or before a hard workout, I suggest that you can add a "spoon" of Iso-100 whey protein with 0 carbs, 0 lactose, and 0 sugars...(you can buy that product online at: www.dymatize.com and get more info)...enjoy!!!
