2 eggs 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1/2 applesauce2 cups sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup white flour 1 cup whole wheat flour2 teaspoons cinnamon 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 4 cups chopped apples
pre-heat oven to 350. line silicone pan with baking paper (to avoid greasing). chop the apples. mix the eggs and sugar together, then add the rest of the ingredients (except the apples). after mixed, add the apples (should be about 4 cups of apples). bake for about 50-55 minutes. (may be less).
