Ingredients
1 cup dry Bisquick Gluten Free Pancake and Baking Mix1 cup milk (I use Light Soy Milk)2 TBS Vegetable Oil1 egg (medium)
Directions
Stir ingredients until blended. Pour slightly less than 1/4 c.
onto hot greased griddle. Cook until edges turn dry. Turn and cook until golden. Makes 10 pancakes.
