Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
1/2 C splenda blend (or 1 C sugar)1.5 tsp ground cinnamon1 tsp ground cloves1 tsp ground all spice1/2 tsp ground ginger1/2 tsp vanilla1/2 tsp salt (optional)4 large eggs or 1 C egg substitute3 C pumpkin glop1.5 cans evaporated milk (12 oz cans/reduced fat)2, 8" pie custs
Directions
Mix all ingredients well using a hand mixer
Pour into 2 8" pie shells or 1 10" pie shell

Bake at 425 for 15 minutes then turn temp down to 350 and bake another 45-60 minutes until clean knife inserted into the center comes out clean.

Serve hot or cold with whipped topping or ice cream (not counted into nutritional info)
