Fast and Easy Burritos

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground turkey1 28 oz. can fat-free refried beans4 tsp. taco seasoningscheddar cheese, shreddedlowfat sour cream8 10" flour tortillas
Directions
Brown the turkey in a large skillet. Sometimes I add minced garlic, chopped onion and cumin. When turkey is cooked through, empty beans into skillet and use a potato masher to thoroughly mix. Stir in the taco seasonings and let simmer for about 10 minutes.

Warm the tortillas (I do it one at a time over a hot griddle) and scoop a portion of the meat and bean mixture in the middle of a tortilla. Sprinkle with cheese. Dollop a little sour cream. Tuck in one end and roll. Makes 8 delicous burritos.
