Bean Soup

Ingredients
Beans, pinto, 6 cupBeans, great northern, 6 cupOnion - Yellow - 1 med. Water, tap, 8 cups1# Bacon, diced6 Small Red Potatoes
Directions
Cook diced bacon in a skillet, add diced yellow onion and cook thoroughly. Drain 48 oz jar of pinto beans and 48 oz jar of great northern beans, rinse. Drain bacon/onions and put into bottom of crock pot, add rinsed/drained beans, 8 cups water and cook on high for 90 mins to 2 hours, add diced potatoes - they will thicken the whole thing.
