2 1/2 lbs lean blade steak1 can cream of mushroom soup1 package dry onion soup mix1/4 cup flour3 cups sliced onions
Cut meat into serving size pieces. Mix cream of mushroom soup with dry onion soup and the flour. Put meat into baking pan, cover with onions, then top with soup mixes. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 325 for 2 to 3 hours. Makes its own gravy.
