1 lb ground beef1 package Lawry's Taco Seasoning3 cups chopped tomatoes1 cup cheese8 tbsp salsa***You can use regular salsa and also add some low fat sour cream which is not included in the nutritional info
Chop tomatoes and set to the side.
Brown ground beef in a skillet until brown then add 2 cups water and the Lawry's Taco seasoning. Let simmer until seasoning has cooked into the meat.
On a plate place the tortilla chips, top with the 1/4 cup of meat, cheese, tomatoes and salsa. If you like add some low fat sour cream
