Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter 1/3 cup dark brown sugar 2 tablespoons rum 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 3 medium bananas, peeled and sliced lengthwise and crosswise 2 cups light vanilla ice cream
Directions
In a large, deep skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in sugar, rum, vanilla and cinnamon. When mixture begins to bubble, place bananas in pan. Cook until bananas are hot, 1 to 2 minutes. Serve at once over vanilla ice cream.

4 1/2 cup servings of ice cream with 3 large slices of banana and sauce.
