Ingredients
Athen's Mini Fillo Shells, 107 gram(s) (remove)Trader Joe's Lemon Curd, 5 tbsp (remove)Egg, Large Egg White - 1 egg white, 33 gram(s) (remove)Sweet 'N Low, 1 serving (remove)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Whip an egg white, adding sugar, Sweet and Low or sucralose until stiff peaks form

Place about a teaspoon of lemon curd into each shell

Place meringue mixture on top of each

Place in preheated oven

Bake at 325 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes
