Easy Borscht

Ingredients
1/2 jar Sauerkraut1 Head of purple cabbage 750ml jar of pickled beets2 cans sliced beets9 or so cups beef broth (to taste really)
Directions
Fry sauerkraut and cabbage together, just enough so everything is melded together and hot.
Slice all beets to bite sized and throw in to crockpot with cabbage mixture. Add beef broth and cook on high for 3 hours. Or on low for overnight.
