Sage Rubbed Pork Chops

Ingredients
4 boneless pork loin center cut chops (1.03 Lbs)1 Tbsp Ground Sage1 Tbsp Onion Powder1 Tbsp Garlic Powder2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
In a bowl mix together the ground sage, onion powder, and garlic powder. Rub mixture evenly over both sides of the pork chops and let sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes. Heat the oil over medium high heat and then cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the chop.

    I found a similar recipe on AllRecipes.com and used this to track. It is SO, SO good and easy! I like to brown the chops and cook in 1c of beef stock for 20-25 minutes. Then, add a tbs of cold water and tbs of cornstarch to the stock to make a gravy. Even hubby approves! Thanks for sharing!! - 8/17/11
