Quinoa Salad

Ingredients
Jicama Diced - 1/4 cupGrape Tomatoes Halved - 1 cupCelery Thinly Sliced - 1 stalkOlives Cut- 1/2 cupGinger Minced - A thumbShallot Minced - 1 pieceParsley - 1 handfulQuinoa - 2 cups
Directions
Directions.

1) Put quinoa to 4 cups of water.
2) Bring to boil then reduce heat.
3) Cover until sprouted.

Cooking start to finish 10 - 15 minutes.

Mix all ingredients together.

Great with a spray or two of Amino Braggs.
