Crepes (Swedish Pancakes)

Ingredients
3 eggs3/4 cup flour1 1/4 cup milk1 Tbl. sugar1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
Whisk all ingredients until there are few lumps. Lightly grease skillet and pour 1/2 cup of mixture, spreading out thin and evenly. Cook until the edges are dry, then flip over and cook on the other side. Fill as desired with fresh fruits, jellies, or yogurt. Makes about 5 servings.
