5 minute fruit soothie

Ingredients
.5 cup frozen mixed berries(unsweetended)1 cup unsweeted frozen strawberries(my favorite)1 cup orange juice, no suger added, i use simply orange or florida's. .5 non fat greek strained yogurt(i prefer fage, or oikos)
Directions
throw it all in the blender on pulse, you'll have to stir with spoon a couple times to move around some, its very thick!
