1 Cup Peanut Butter1/2 C. Splenda For Baking Blend1 Large Egg
Preheat oven to 350
Cream Large Egg and Splenda together.
Add Peanut Butter, mix until well blended.
Roll into Walnut size balls place on an ungreased cookie sheets, about 2 inches apart. Use a fork to create criss cross hatch marks.
Bake for 10 - 12 minutes, or until done.
Makes 28 2 inch cookies
