Pork & Broccoli stir fry

1.5 lbs Pork Tenderloin, .25 c Corn Starch4 tsp Brown Sugar .5 c Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce6 cups Broccoli, fresh in pieces1 T olive oil
Cut the pork loin into 1/2" strips.
Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, and corn starch in a bowl. Add pork and stir. Let sit for an hour (or longer).
In wok, steam broccoli with a bit of water. Put to the side.
Heat oil in wok on medium-high heat. Add pork and stir till cooked thru. Add steamed broccoli and stir.
Serve with rice.
