Spray large casserole or small roasting pan with Pam. Layer hamburger. Slice and layer onion. Peel, slice and layer potatoes. Sprinkle Salt. Peel, and slice enough carrots to cover potatoes and layer on top. Pour can of diced toamoes on top. Serves 6 - 8
Cover and cook at 375 for an hour and a half or until carrots are cooked.
