banana peanut butter muffins

Ingredients
3 medium bananas, mashed1 1/2 cups wheat flour with added saffola cholesterol management1/4 cup sugar1/3 cup oil2 Tbsp. peanut butter1/4 tsp. salt1 1/2 cup whole milk3 tsp. baking powder
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients. In seperate bowl, mix all wet ingredients. Combine wet and dry ingredients and stir very gently, just enough to mix. Lightly grease muffin pan and fill each 3/4 full. Bake at 350 F or 180 C for 18 minutes. Makes 12 servings.
