egg tofu/ chawamushi

Ingredients
a fresh egg1/2 a tsp of chicken stockoptional, vegetables, mushroom, peas.... whichever creative addition or mood :D
Directions
Add a large egg and same amount of water,

Then add 1/2 a tsp of chicken stock and stir properly

Steam this for 15 mins and you will get a tofu like very delicate egg custard, which i then add dark soya sauce, bit of pepper and salt and serveD!!

Addition of vegetable, mushrooms, shrimps whichever.. will make the chawamushi really delicious and satifying.

This is my fav fav in cold days, morning, nights and if I wish for a mid night supper.. simple and guilt free.
