Southwestern Chili

Ingredients
1 Cup Onions1 clove garlic1 cup diced green peppers1 diced Jalapeno pepper - seeded1 lb ground beef - lean2 cans of Del Monte Diced tomato - zesty chili style1 can of red kidney beans1 can black beans1 bag frozen cornwatercuminsalt pepperchili powder
Directions
saute the beef until cooked through. add garlic, onions, peppers and jalapeno. saute. add tomatoes, beans and 2 cans full of water. add salt, pepper, chili powder and cumin to your liking. let cook until thickened and flavor is good. then add corn. cook until hot. serve with cheddar cheese and sour cream
