Parker Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
1 Cup Pumpkin for a can (not pumpkin filling)3/4 Cup Sugar1/2 Cup Oil1 Large Egg2 Cups Flour2 Tsp Baking Powder1 Tsp Cinnamon1/2 Tsp Salt1 Tsp Baking Soda1 Tsp Milk1 Cup Chocolate Chips1 Tsp Vanilla
Directions
Dissolve baking soda in milk; set aside. In large bowl add pumplin, sugar, oil, and egg; stir. Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda misture. Mix well. Stir in chocolate chips and vanilla. Spoon onto cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until done.
