1 small onion, finely chopped3 cloves garlic, minced1 small green pepper, chopped2 chicken boullion cubes dissolved in 2C boiling water2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed2 cans diced tomatoes2 tsp chili powder2 tsp cumin1/2 cup of salsa
Directions
Mix all together Simmer about 30 minutes
